Warehouse Management Subsystem ensures the organization of efficient storage of goods and materials (tools, auxiliary assets, spare parts, etc.).

Main functions of the sub-system:

  • Management of shipping and receiving procedures of goods and materials, transfer to production, verification;
  • Generation of the ledger of material assets, mapping location for each unit of the material assets (for piece values) or containers with material assets, generation of the warehouse documentation;
  • Calculation of storage areas filling and reporting on warehouse status;
  • Tracking storage time of assets, «reorder points» and «insurance stocks»;
  • Forecasting of supply based on material assets flow rate;
  • Conveying the input control of supplied materials compliance (appearance, documentation (passport, quality certificate, bill of lading…), weighing);
  • Creating job-assignments for warehouse transport equipment as well as for automated warehouses control.
